Michelle Schini Haneline, CPA
Michelle is a third generation Coeur d’Alene resident and proudly serves as President of Magnuson, McHugh & Company. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 1990, and joined Magnuson, McHugh & Company in 1995. Her current areas of focus include individual and business taxation as well as developing a practice in medical, dental consulting and business valuations. Michelle also has nearly 20 years’ experience in governmental accounting and auditing.
She currently serves as Treasurer of the North Idaho College Foundation. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, snow skiing, traveling and spending time with her husband and children.
Lisa Nyquist
Lisa has been with Magnuson McHugh & Company since 1991 and is an Idaho native.
Nicole Potter, CPA
Nicole started with the firm in November 2017. She graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She was previously with an accounting firm in Spokane and has twelve years of experience in tax and accounting.
Madison Rowley
Madi joined the firm in December 2016. As an Idaho native, she graduated from Lewis Clark State College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Kelly Nikula
Kelly has been with MMCO since 1983 serving a variety of roles, including Network Administrator for the IT department. With more than 30 years in the industry, Kelly has recently joined the small business services department as an Accountant, focusing on bookkeeping and payroll. She has a degree in Computer Programming from Las Vegas Education Dynamics Institute and also attended the University of Nevada majoring in Accounting. Kelly is a certified QBO Pro-Advisor and enjoys volunteering at local community events in her free time.

Daniell Alworth
Since joining the Company in 2011, Daniell has been working on her associates degree at North Idaho College and plans to pursue further education after that at Lewis Clark State College. She is a North Idaho native.
Kieley Nielsen
Kieley joined the firm in 2018. She started at the front desk and worked her way into an Accountant position with the CAS department. She is a Native Idahoan that studied Business & Hospitality at North Idaho College.
Shelby Harding
Shelby joined the firm in May 2021. This well-traveled Spokane native is a graduate of Keele University in the United Kingdom and Whitworth University in Spokane. She was previously an Administrative Assistant in Dermatology and Imaging and an Editor/Contributor to Concourse Magazine and the Whitworthian.
Outside of work, she’s involved in the Keele University USA Alumni group and actively supports the Kootenai Humane Society and the Shriner’s Hospital.
